Doncella Lithium Project in Argentina

Doncella lithium project is located on the Salar de Arizaro in the SaltaProvince.  Located 230 km west of Salta and 20 km from the town of Tolar Grande.  Salar de Arizaro, with an area of 1,600 km2, is the 6th largest salt flat in the World and the 2nd largest in Argentina after the Salinas Grandes.

Overview

Doncella Lithium project is on a clear trajectory to become a world class lithium project with a mineral resource estimate of 5.5Mt of Li2CO3.

IEM secured 4% interest in the private company Hanacolla, the owner of the Doncella Lithium project. Hanaq Group is the majority shareholder of Hanacolla and the operator of the Doncella Lithium project.

Hanacolla is one of the top tenements holder of the Salar de Arizaro controlling an area of 62,507Ha (625km2). Hanacolla is currently in construction to install a direct lithium extraction plant with an annual capacity of 3,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate on site.
